Ohio Real Title Spotlight: Get to Know Jennifer O’Malley

The Sales and Marketing Representative for Cleveland and North Ridgeville locations of Ohio Real Title, Jennifer O’Malley is responsible for the western region of Northeast Ohio. She spends her time building relationships with both new and existing clients. While her tactics have changed over the past few months, she continues to connect with her clients in a variety of ways but thinks a good old-fashioned phone call is sometimes best.

Prior to joining ORT, Jennifer was the General Manager of her family’s restaurant and pub in the Cleveland area. “I loved the energy and comradery of our team that was more like a family,” she says. The sense of family is one of the things she enjoys most about working at Ohio Real Title, “We are a team and we all work together with the same vision for success and growth.”

We recently had the opportunity to talk with Jennifer about her work, as well as her life outside of Ohio Real Title.
