Getting Started is Simple
To open a title order, the buyer, seller, or their agent should submit the following:
- A copy of the purchase agreement
- Any earnest money deposit
- Any additional transaction details
- Documents can be sent via email to orders@ohiorealtitle.com, faxed, or delivered in hard copy to any of our offices.
