At Ohio Real Title, we recently celebrated 20 years of helping Ohioans close deals with confidence and consistently providing trusted guidance to every client we serve.
How Far We Have Come
Ryan Marrie, President of Ohio Real Title, spoke about how this milestone has been a reminder to reflect on what we have done over the past 20 years while also continuing to focus on where we plan to go in the future.
“I am not one to really look bad and reminisce about where we are, I am generally looking forward and excited about new opportunities,” said Ryan. “However, the 20-year anniversary was a time to look back and appreciate where Ohio Real Title has come from.”
Ohio Real Title has evolved from a single office into one of the most trusted title agencies in the state. Today, we operate out of 10 locations across Northeast and Central Ohio, most recently expanding into New Albany – a suburb just west of Columbus.
Along the way, we’ve built one of the largest joint ventures in the country, partnering with over 1,000 real estate professionals in Northeast Ohio and several hundred in Central Ohio.
But our growth has never been driven by chasing transactions. Instead, it’s been built on trust – earned through responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and personalized attention. Since opening our doors in 2006, we’ve remained committed to hiring the right people with the right experience, ensuring every closing is straightforward and stress-free for all parties involved.
Where We Are Going
We believe that Ohio Real Title’s best years are still ahead of us. We have created a strong foundation of high-performing, value-driven leaders that allow our environment to be not only successful, but fun. It truly is the people here at Ohio Real Title that have made this business into what it is today.
Many employees, past and current, celebrated our 20-Year Anniversary alongside Ryan, sharing videos thanking management for all that they do. Ryan’s family and team members even surprised him with a party to commemorate this important achievement for Ohio Real Title. As we move forward, we will continue to show up for Ohioans and our staff, creating an environment that fosters growth and success.
“20 years flew by, and I feel like we’re just getting started. It was quickly back to looking forward to building the next 20,” said Ryan.
