Since we opened our doors in 2006, Ohio Real Title’s mission to simplify the title process has remained unchanged. Here, we’re big believers in transparent, open communication, above-and-beyond customer service, and doing everything we can to take the stress out of this aspect of a real estate transaction.
After growing to eight locations across Northeast Ohio, we made the move to the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area in 2017—and we’ve loved serving this market ever since. This year, we’re thrilled to take the next step and expand our presence even further with the opening of our New Albany location!
For us, the New Albany area felt like the perfect spot to lay down (more) roots. Not only is it a beautiful community, but it is conveniently located for us to serve more clients and real estate professionals throughout Central Ohio.
Seeing our new office, located at 7795 Walton Pkwy in Suite #150, come together, has been nothing short of exciting either. The first floor of the building was completely renovated in 2024, giving it a fresh, modern feel that fits who we are. We also had the pleasure of working with Hayley J. Deeter, the owner of Hayley Gallery in New Albany, to decorate our office with stunning artwork that reflects our brand and personality.
We had the opportunity to show off our new space to our colleagues, clients and partners at our grand opening event on April 3rd. and we’re so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us.
Overseeing our New Albany office is Sara Thorp, Regional Manager at Ohio Real Title. Sara came on board in 2024 as our Columbus Office Manager and Underwriting Counsel, and her deep background in real estate law and the title industry has been a huge asset to our company. For Sara, the New Albany expansion is an exciting next step—and she couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this season of growth.
