Working in the real estate industry for nearly ten years, Maddie Eroskey says, “I have worked in just about every role in title from reception and order entry to disbursing and policies.” Prior to joining Ohio Real Title as the Escrow Officer for the Pepper Pike office, Maddie served in a similar capacity with other companies and spent over two years as a loan officer in Cincinnati.
Communicating with and helping to educate her clients is something that Maddie takes pride in. She thinks it is important “to be able to put yourself in a first-time home buyer’s shoes or relate to a seller who has never sold a house before.” This is critical, she says, to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
We recently had the opportunity to talk with Maddie Eroskey about her work, as well as how she spends her time away from Ohio Real Title.

What makes Ohio Real Title different from other title companies?
Ohio Real Title has given me the opportunity to work with co-workers who truly care about every transaction, and work hard to grow as a company and as individuals. Everyone is so apt to learn! Our office in particular is big on cross-training so that they may help others succeed.
What excites you about the future of ORT?
The sense of community and comradery to meet goals is one of ORT’s best qualities as a company. We have a huge potential for growth, with the foundation we have laid and the new opportunities we take advantage of. There is so much potential along the horizon and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Tell us about your family…
My family is the best. My parents and sister are in Cincinnati, Ohio, and my brother is in Bend, Oregon. I have lived in Columbus, and Cincinnati for the majority of my life, but have always considered Cleveland a second home (with my father and his family being Kent/Stow natives). I consider my 3 rescued fur babies my family as well. I have a husky-poodle mix, and two long-haired cats (that all keep me vacuuming constantly).
When you are not working, how do you like to spend your free time?
My free time is spent chasing thrills. I love classic German autos, sailing, camping, trying new cuisines, and exploring with friends. I am always on the hunt for a good craft beer and the perfect espresso.
